1. Create your account

Sign up and login with Gmail. Once inside, you'll land on your personal dashboard.

2. Select a plan

Choose a plan that best fits your needs. Whether you're a casual seller or a high-volume store, we have flexible plans that scale with you.

3. Set up your eBay store integration

Before you can list cards, make sure you:

• Add your eBay store policies: These cover payment, shipping, and returns.
• Add your eBay store categories: Map your products to your eBay category structure.
• Set your store location: For example, Austin, TX.

You'll find these settings under your dashboard’s Settings page.

4. Configure your title & description templates

This is where you can create consistent, high-converting listings by defining how your titles and descriptions should be formatted. This saves hours and keeps your store looking professional.

5. Make your first listing

Go to List Cards, scan or upload your cards, and watch TCG Automate handle the heavy lifting. It will:

• Identify the cards
• Fill out your eBay listing details
• Let you review everything before publishing

Then, simply download the csv file, and upload to eBay and that's it!
